Delivery & Logistics
How do delivery weeks work?
At checkout, you select your preferred delivery week (Weeks 1-5, starting mid-September). We will reach out to you 24-48 hours prior to your delivery day to let you know the exact day we will arrive.
Do I need to be home on my delivery day?
No! As long as your front porch or entryway is accessible and clear of clutter, our design team will deliver and style your display. We will send a confirmation message and a photo of your finished porch as soon as we’re done.
How do I know which delivery zone I am in?
We offer flat-rate delivery across Central PA! Zone 1 is FREE, Zone 2 is $25, and Zone 3 is $50. Use our interactive Zip Code Search tool at the top of this page to check your exact rate instantly. If your zip code is not in our delivery area, please use the Contact form to reach out to us to check availability.
Packages & Styling
Are the pumpkins and decorations real?
Yes! We source real, high-quality, locally grown pumpkins, heirloom gourds, hay bales, and vibrant mums to give your home an authentic, natural autumn look.
Can I request specific colors or a custom arrangement?
Absolutely. While our curated packages come with a balanced assortment of classic orange, white ghost, and heirloom specialty pumpkins, you can leave special styling notes in the order notes at checkout, or reach out to us separately to discuss your ideas further!
How long will my pumpkins last?
Uncarved pumpkins and gourds kept in a shaded or covered porch area typically last 4-8 weeks in seasonal PA weather. To maximize longevity, we wash and clean all of our pumpkins with a natural solution to remove dirt and bacteria, and deter critters.
How does the end of season removal work?
If you add our optional Removal Service at checkout ($75-$200 depending on package size), our team will return during the timeframe you selected – either the week before Thanksgiving or the week after Thanksgiving – to pack up and safely dispose of all organic display materials. If you ordered a buffalo plaid rug – you get to keep it!
Do you offer corporate, commercial, or business entrance displays?
Absolutely! We style storefronts, office entrances, photography backdrops, restaurants, and real estate listings across Central PA. If you need a custom setup larger than our Fall Festive Package, contact us for a tailored commercial quote.
