Welcome to Festive PA Porches! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings, purchases, and use of our website (www.festivepaporches.com) and services. By booking a package or using our site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Who We Are
Festive PA Porches is a seasonal decorating service based in Pennsylvania specializing in fall porch pumpkin displays for residential and business properties.
Services Provided
We offer seasonal porch decorating packages that may include pumpkins, gourds, hay bales, wreaths, garlands, and other décor.
- Package contents and quantities are listed on our website but may vary due to seasonal availability.
- All organic materials (pumpkins, greenery, etc.) are subject to natural variations in size, color, and longevity.
Pricing & Payment
- Package prices are listed on our website and may be updated at any time before booking.
- Optional add-ons such as design/setup and removal are available for an additional fee.
- Payment is required to confirm your booking.
- We may require a non-refundable deposit to hold your date.
Booking & Scheduling
- Bookings are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
- We will confirm your delivery/installation date after payment is received and within 24 hours prior to delivery.
- Changes to bookings must be requested at least 7 days before your scheduled date.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before installation may be eligible for a partial refund (less any non-refundable deposit).
- Cancellations within 7 days of installation are non-refundable.
Delivery & Setup
- We deliver within specified service areas listed on our website. Additional fees may apply for locations outside our standard range.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access to the porch/installation area.
- If we cannot complete the installation due to blocked access, we may charge a return fee to reschedule.
Care & Maintenance
- Customers are responsible for caring for their decorations after installation.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by weather, wildlife, theft, vandalism, or natural deterioration of organic materials.
Liability
- Festive PA Porches is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage occurring after installation is complete.
- Decorations are for outdoor display only and should not block entryways, exits, or pathways.
Photos & Marketing
- We may take photos of completed displays for use in our marketing and social media.
- If you prefer not to have your porch photographed, please let us know in writing before installation.
Intellectual Property
- All images, text, and designs on our website and marketing materials are the property of Festive PA Porches and may not be used without permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
